KMDM support options are not free unless you have a monthly service plan with us. Many customers choose our "pay as you go" support options with the services we provide. (See your specific agreement for details)

Questions of help related to hosting (Within One month of website go live)
ISSUES: Includes: Broken links, forms not working, display issues, spelling or text errors, and general errors that may be missed during the initial testing & website build process. (Within three months of website go live - does not include client errors)
Password resets
Free via your website login dashboard. KMDM min admin fee for resets is $75 + GST
Education
New Website Build - Check your contract for our agreed launch education options.
We do not offer any other digital marketing training or services at this time.
